Data controller

What data we process and why

  • Requests for information, a demo or a quote (name, telephone, business, town, message): to deal with the request, get in touch with you and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and consent given by ticking the box.
  • Communications by WhatsApp, telephone or email: to manage the relationship and provide support. Legal basis: performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps.
  • Browsing: minimal technical data so the site works and so we can measure its use in aggregate. See our cookie policy.

The forms on this site do not send data to our servers: they put together a message that you yourself send by WhatsApp or by email from your own device. The data then reaches us through that channel.

Retention

Requests are kept while they are being dealt with and, at most, for one year if they do not lead to a contract. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the legal limitation periods.

Recipients

We do not pass data to third parties except where legally required. We use suppliers acting as data processors: web hosting (Vercel Inc., with international transfer safeguards), messaging (Meta Platforms Ireland for WhatsApp), email, and, for clients, those listed in the data processing agreement (hosting in the EU, Supabase, AI providers under standard contractual clauses, Metricool, Google).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to admon@cartadigitalfacil.es with a copy of your identity document. If you believe we have not honoured your rights, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.
