Questions about Time tracking
Is clocking in with a phone legal?
Yes. The law requires a reliable daily record kept for four years; this one meets that and can be downloaded whenever you need it.
What if the employee has no mobile data?
The venue's wifi is enough. They can also clock in from the POS.
Can they clock in from home?
The QR is in the venue; you can require it to be scanned there. That is what we recommend.
Can the employee see it?
They see their own clock-ins and hours, which is only right.
