Equipment included
We provide the equipment
- All-in-one touchscreen POS, with stand and cabling
- Two thermal printers for receipts and order tickets
- Metal cash drawer
- Backup 4G router (optional)
On loan, free of charge, for as long as the contract runs. If it fails through normal use, we replace it. It belongs to FIDELIZACARD, S.L. and comes back to us when you cancel. If you'd rather buy it outright, that's an option too.
0% commission
You take payment with your own card machine or in cash and we take nothing. Orders through your website and your QR carry no commission either. If you switch on an online payment gateway, the gateway charges its own fee; we don't.
Minimum term
Four ways to start, you choose
What sets them apart isn't the fee —that doesn't move— but who provides the equipment and how long you're tied in.
Option A · the usual one
Equipment on loan · 12 months
The equipment is ours and comes back to us when you cancel. No deposit and nothing to pay for hardware.
Option B
Equipment on loan · 6 months with a deposit
The same as A with half the minimum term, in exchange for a deposit that is returned when the equipment is collected.
Option C
Equipment bought outright · no minimum term
You buy the equipment pack and you're not tied in: cancel with the usual 30 days' notice.
Option D
No equipment · 12 months
You use your own kit (tablets, computer, printers). Same fee, no hardware delivered.
The minimum term starts on the day of the installation sign-off, not the day you sign. Notice to cancel: 30 days.

We'd rather say it up front

- Third-party costs: domain, card terminal, delivery platform commissions, internet line
- A professional photo shoot (extra service)

Why we don't put a number here
Because it wouldn't be yours. The price depends on how many venues you have, how many printers you need, whether you want a backup router, whether we have to travel and which extra services you're interested in. We'd rather ask you three questions and give you a fixed price, in writing, that you can compare with what you're paying today once you add it all up: POS, licences, menu, website, bookings, delivery commission and whoever runs your social media.
The fee is charged monthly by card subscription or direct debit, on the same day each month based on the date of the first payment, and is reviewed once a year in line with the Spanish CPI. It's all written into the contract, which we give you before you sign and read through with you. No small print.

Questions about pricing
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. The touchscreen POS, two thermal printers and the cash drawer are loaned to you at no cost for as long as you're with us. If you already have tablets or printers, we'll use them. If you'd rather buy the equipment outright and have no minimum term, that works too.
How many licences are included? Do you charge per device?
Unlimited users and devices. Adding tablets, handhelds or screens doesn't change the fee.
How much does it cost and is there a minimum term?
One all-inclusive monthly fee plus a one-off set-up charge covering installation, training and go-live. The amount depends on your business (number of sites, printers, extra services), so we give you a firm price in under 24 h, with no obligation. A 12-month minimum term when we supply the equipment; 6 months with a refundable deposit; or no minimum term at all if you buy the equipment.
Is there commission on payments or orders?
No. You take payment on your own card terminal or in cash and we don't take a cut. Orders through your website and your QR code are commission-free too. If you switch on an online payment gateway, the gateway charges its own fee.
Do you work outside the city of Sevilla?
Across the whole province: the Aljarafe, Dos Hermanas and Alcalá, Utrera, the Campiña, the Sierra Sur, the Sierra Norte and the Bajo Guadalquivir. Within 30 km of the office the call-out is included; beyond that, travel is added. Support is remote and immediate wherever the venue is.
