How many handhelds can I use on the terrace?
As many as you like. We do not charge per device or per user, so bringing in extra staff for the Feria costs nothing more.
What if the wifi does not reach the outdoor tables?
The handheld works over wifi or mobile data, and with the 4G backup router the system stays alive even if the fibre goes down.
Can I have different prices at the bar and on the terrace?
Yes: a price list per area, with the terrace surcharge applied only to the tables outside.
How do I set up an extra hand for the Feria?
A new user in a minute, with their permissions and their shift. When the week is over you deactivate them and their sales stay in the reports.
Can I track who takes payment on each table?
Yes, every order and every payment is logged against its waiter, and the cash-up comes out by shift and by person.
