Menu and orders
Order and pay at the table: the customer scans, orders and you serve
The same QR menu lets them order. The ticket goes straight to the kitchen or the waiter approves it first, whichever you prefer. Less waiting, more turnover, more second rounds.
- No app
- With or without approval
- Straight to the kitchen

What it does
Order and pay at the table: what you'll actually use every day
01
Two ways to work
Direct mode: whatever the customer orders goes into the kitchen. Approval mode: the waiter sees the order on their handheld and confirms it before it goes through. Switch between the two whenever you like.
02
The second beer orders itself
When the waiter can't get to the table at the far end of the terrace, the customer orders it themselves. That's the round that otherwise never gets ordered, and it's pure margin.
03
Extras and options
Sizes, how the meat is cooked, ingredients left out, surcharges. The same rules as on the handheld, so the kitchen always gets the same thing.
04
Payment at the table
The bill visible on the phone, request the bill with one button, pay by card machine when the waiter comes over or through an online gateway if you switch it on.

Ordering from the table is not there to replace the waiter, it is there so the waiter reaches more tables. On a big terrace in the Alameda or in Triana, when service is flat out, the table that cannot get a second round in leaves without ordering it. With the QR live, that table orders on its own, the order goes into the kitchen or the bar, and the waiter only has to carry it. And the customer, phone already in hand, leaves the review too.

What we get asked
Questions about Order and pay at the table
Does the customer have to install an app?
No. They scan the QR with the camera and order from the browser.
What if someone orders as a prank from the street?
The customer identifies themselves with their phone number and you can require the waiter to approve the order. The QR is also per table, so you know where it came from.
Can I switch it on just for the terrace?
Yes, by area or by table. Inside, a view-only menu; outside, a menu with ordering.
Does it replace the waiter?
No: it takes away the trips that add nothing and leaves the ones that do. They still serve, take payment and look after people; they just stop running over to write down one beer.
How do I take payment?
Same as always: cash or card machine at the table. Or by card online if you switch on a payment gateway.
